Gandhi has been working as an associate at NovioTax since September 2022 after completing a Masters Program in International Tax Law ( Advanced LL.M.) form the University of Amsterdam and the IBFD. Gandhi’s thesis research focused on tax and transparency, specifically examining the role of online platforms in combating tax fraud, including DAC7 and OECD Model Rules.
His previous experience comprises seven years at Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cia and S.C. in Mexico, where he specialized in international taxation matters related to cross-border transactions. Gandhi has worked with both multinational enterprises and individuals, providing advisory services with a focus on international taxation and transfer pricing. At NovioTax, Gandhi assists our clients in analyzing the international tax and transfer pricing consequences that arise from cross-border transactions.
Currently, Gandhi lives in Amsterdam, together with his wife. In his free time, Gandhi enjoys running, an activity that does with his friends in Amsterdam.
