Tax challenges arising from the digital economy

See enclosed our contribution to the Financier Worldwide. The submission contains an outset of the challenges from a tax perspective that arise from the digital economy. More specifically, the submission outlines three OECD proposals and the ‘significant digital presence’ proposal of the European Counsil as solutions that arise from the tax challenges of the digital economy.
