Over Gandhi Zilli

Gandhi joined NovioTax in September 2022 after completing a Masters Program in International Tax Law ( Advanced LL.M.) form the University of Amsterdam and the IBFD. At the UVA, Gandhi was a research member student for: Project - Designing the tax system for a cashless, platform-based and technology -driven society (CPT) for the Amsterdam Center for Tax Law. As part of his LL.M., Gandhi’s thesis research topic concerned tax and transparency; specifically, the role of online platforms in fighting tax fraud (DAC7 and OECD Model Rules).

His prior experience includes seven years at Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cia, S.C. (in Mexico) where he specialized in international taxation matters regarding cross-border transactions. Gandhi has worked with both MNE and individuals providing advisory services focusing on international taxation and transfer pricing. At NovioTax, Gandhi assists our clients analyzing international tax and transfer pricing consequences arising from cross-border transactions.Further to this, Gandhi has decided to continue his focus on researching Mandatory Disclosure Directive amendments (DAC8, etc.).
