• Specialises in advising national and international family businesses, directors and major shareholders, particularly in relation to restructuring, estate planning, and real estate.
• Also focuses on planning and structuring cross-border investments and operations, especially in Germany and the U.S.
• Heads our innovation team, which deals with the preferential IP regime.
• Member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
• Worked at KPMG Meijburg & Co (including 6 months in the Frankfurt office).
• Studied Tax Law, University of Groningen.
• Speaks and writes: Dutch, German and English.
